Senior Project Control Consultant

·         Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Richland, WA: performed baseline scope review and budget update of a $600M waste management project; verified and modified scope, revised the WBS dictionary, analyzed the CPM schedules and updated the resource-loaded project schedules .

·         Scheduling, resource management, and earned value analysis for an $80M Anheuser-Busch brewery expansion project: Scope included new construction, process equipment upgrades, outage planning and earned-value reporting.

·         Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site: Produced specialty and ad-hoc schedules and flow-charts in support of Building B776/777 D&D operations. (DOE “L” Clearance)
