·         Fermi II Nuclear Power Plant maintenance outage scheduler for URS / DTE Energy (2009):

• Developed detailed shift schedules • Prepared daily metrics reports to monitor outage progress • Coordinated URS maintenance schedule with DTE’s master outage schedule.

·         Lead scheduler for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 360 MW cogeneration power plant at an oil sands steam-assisted gravity drain (SAGD) project and a multi-billion dollar oil sands upgrader project in in Alberta, Canada.

·         Produced WBS and resource-loaded schedules for winning proposals in response to RFPs from the United States Air Force.

·         Chemical Demilitarization /Cost Risk Mitigation Program scheduling.

·         Pueblo Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP). Coordination and integration of the Washington Defense Corporation (WDC) schedules into Bechtel’s master project schedule.

CAPSTONE PLANNING & CONTROL, Broomfield, CO                                                           1997 – 2002

Senior Project Control Consultant

·         Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Richland, WA: performed baseline scope review and budget update of a $600M waste management project; verified and modified scope, revised the WBS dictionary, analyzed the CPM schedules and updated the resource-loaded project schedules .

·         Scheduling, resource management, and earned value analysis for an $80M Anheuser-Busch brewery expansion project: Scope included new construction, process equipment upgrades, outage planning and earned-value reporting.

·         Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site: Produced specialty and ad-hoc schedules and flow-charts in support of Building B776/777 D&D operations. (DOE “L” Clearance)

·         Provided scheduling and cost control for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwest Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC) at Pueblo Chemical Depot, Fort Carson, and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Developed schedules & budgets for corrective measure studies, soil remediation, UST closures, groundwater studies, and treatment plant D&D.
